The predicted salary is between 22700 - 25000 £ per year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and diligent individual to join our friendly, experienced and busy school office team and to help support HR admin.

The ideal candidate will have a sense of humour, be able to communicate effectively, and maintain a calm and professional manner under pressure. You will be methodical as well as flexible. You will have excellent IT skills, including database experience, ideally in EveryHR, SIMS and Excel. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Updating the school's MIS system and HR systems
  • Assisting with recording staff absences and pre-employment checks
  • Assisting with staff induction
  • Analysing data and producing reports for the Head Teacher and Governors
  • Supporting the finance department with orders, deliveries, and invoices
  • Supporting our Senior Leadership Group with admin tasks
  • Telephone and reception duties
