About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and organise the admin team, ensuring excellent daily operations
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, calls and enquiries
  • Oversee attendance, pupil welfare and front office systems
  • Manage key areas including HR admin, finance processes, and data compliance (GDPR)
  • Support the Headteacher with communications, reports and school systems
  • Ensure the school office runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally at all times
