We are seeking a professional, helpful, organised and dedicated person to join this friendly Office Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, supporting staff and helping keep a busy school office running smoothly while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Experience of working in a busy school office environment and knowledge of SIMS, FMS and Parentmail are desirable.
  • Deal with enquiries and provide information and advice about the school for parents/carers, pupils and visitors both in person, via telephone and in writing.
  • Maintain and update manual and computerised records/management systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to a high and accurate standard—including trip letters, immunisations and after-school clubs; please note this list is not exhaustive.
  • Carry out First Aid and update records as required.
  • Contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of the school.
  • Able to work as part of a supportive team.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Outlook is essential.
  • GCSE qualification, Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Willingness to participate in and commitment to training.
  • First Aid Certificate is an advantage.
