Our Governors are seeking to appoint new Ad Hoc Exam Invigilators. The role involves working as part of an invigilation team supervising examinations in school. Invigilators play a key role in upholding the integrity of the external examination and assessment process.
Hours and availability are variable and flexible, with key periods during September, February, May and June. Training will be provided.
Rate of Pay: £13.64 per hour (plus £1.65 per hour for holiday pay) based on LGPS Scale 2 Point 5 (Fringe).
The successful candidate must be willing to work flexibly in a team under the management of the Exams Officer and be subject to an enhanced DBS check. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements and clearances.
Brentwood Ursuline Convent High School is a Roman Catholic state secondary for girls aged 11‑16 with a co‑educational Sixth Form, situated in Brentwood, Essex. In 2012 it became an academy; the Bishop, the chair of governors and the Diocesan directors are the trustees. The school was founded in 1900 by Mother Clare and has grown to nearly 1,000 pupils, of which 130 are sixth‑form students. It is recognised for outstanding academic performance and offers a wide‑ranging extra‑curricular programme.
