We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our small team in a beautiful rural setting. This is a term time only position, 38 weeks per year, working Monday - Friday 9-4.
Key Responsibilities:- To take on a Key Worker role and support children's learning and development.
- Contribute to the planning of a creative and engaging environment that supports the EYFS.
- Build strong parent/carer relationships maintaining excellent communication.
- Follow safeguarding practices and always promote the welfare of all children.
- Demonstrate energy and passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
Fairways Childcare has a commitment to robust Safer Recruitment and Safeguarding practices; successful candidates will be required to obtain an Enhanced Criminal Records Disclosure (DBS) and reference checks before start of employment. Part of your induction will include Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid training. Please note due to the location a car and valid driving license will be needed.
Information about the School: Fairways childcare is a warm and family orientated setting in the lovely village of Stisted. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
