We are seeking to appoint a non-teaching Assistant Head of Year for 37 hpw, during term time only (38 weeks). The main focus of the post is to assist the Head of Year in ensuring the year group has a sense of purpose, unity and cohesion to fulfil the aims of Woodlands School and raise pupil achievement. The successful candidate would be responsible for matters of discipline and contacting parents when necessary under the direction of the Head of Year.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading a year group and work well with the Head of Year, the Attendance and Pastoral Teams.
- Use pupil data effectively to support year group development.
- Support discipline processes and communicate with parents as required.
