Executive Assistant Closing date: Wednesday 2 July 2025 Salary: £35,488 per annum Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week, flexible hours) Location: Abbotts Hall, Maldon Road, Great Wigborough, Colchester, CO5 7RZ About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and the executive team at Essex Wildlife Trust, including the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) and the Board of Trustees. The role involves high-level administrative, secretarial, and governance support, acting as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include screening calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling, and managing correspondence in a professional manner. Candidate profile This position is suitable for applicants with prior Executive Assistant/PA experience at a senior level in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
