We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Site Manager to join us at our Nature Discovery Centre at Hanningfield. Opened in 2012 and situated on the 11th largest reservoir in England, our Nature Discovery Centre at Hanningfield Reservoir is located between Chelmsford, Billericay and Wickford.
The Site Manager will be responsible for delivering the day‑to‑day operations covering:
- Administrative tasks
- Retail and food and beverage management
- Overseeing maintenance
- Inventory management
- Budgets
- People management
- Event planning
- Ensuring commercial targets are met
Additionally, the Site Manager will work alongside the project team and the conservation department to line‑manage the Ranger for Hanningfield. This role is well suited to applicants with prior experience of working in a commercial, visitor attraction environment.
