Responsibilities

  • Develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Manage the Membership Team of volunteers and act as the crucial link to membership recruiters and visitor centre teams.
  • Execute creative, marketing-led elements of the role alongside data, insights and processes.
  • Accountable for regulatory and legal processes, ensuring efficient financial administration and accurate CRM database management.
  • Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to continually evolve membership solutions, meeting the needs of members, ensuring they feel valued and inspiring new audiences to support our work.
