Essex Prestige Autos Ltd is a leading independent used car dealership, known for supplying quality vehicles and exceptional service. We are a progressive and growing company, looking for a young, ambitious individual to join us as an Aftersales & Customer Service Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the motor trade while playing a key role in delivering outstanding customer support before and after the sale.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual who will ensure customer satisfaction, handle general customer service enquiries, and provide aftersales support. Strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proactive approach to upselling services are essential. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to help support our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by handling enquiries both before and after vehicle sales.

Address customer issues professionally and efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Manage aftersales activities, including warranty bookings, service arrangements, and customer follow-ups.

Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating excellent customer care skills.

Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences to contribute to business growth.

Liaise with workshops, warranty providers, and parts suppliers to manage repairs and servicing.

Maintain organised and accurate records of all customer interactions, claims, and service history using CRM and dealership systems.

Collaborate with management and sales teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Assist in training new team members on best practices for aftersales and customer service support.

Experience and Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or aftersales role is preferred, ideally within the automotive or retail sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

IT literate with proficiency in CRM systems and general office software.

A proven ability to upsell or cross-sell products is highly valued.

Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage.

A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.

Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
