Join Essex Police as a police officer and you'll start with a salary of £32,907 (including a £3,000 South East allowance). Salary increases annually, reaching up to £51,231 within seven years, along with other benefits.

All positions require vetting and security clearance. During recruitment, you will receive vetting information forms to complete.
