As a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO), you\’ll work closely with communities to promote safety and confidence. Your role involves collaborating with police officers, special constables, and partner agencies to gather information and intelligence on criminal activity and vulnerabilities. Salary and Working Hours Starting salary: £26,106, with annual increments up to £31,293. The role is full-time, with a 37-hour week, including a 6 on 3 off shift pattern covering 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. A 12.5% shift allowance and weekend enhancements are payable.
