Essex Partnership seeks a 1WTE Principal Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join the Adult Inpatient Psychological Services Team in Chelmsford. The post supports the new Inpatient Operating Model and trauma-informed care, with a track record of staff development and flexible working arrangements.

The role combines clinical leadership, risk-informed decision making, and partnership across the MDT to deliver high-quality mental health interventions for service users in crisis and complex.
