Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team at the older adult inpatient ward at Thurrock Community Hospital.

Meadowview inpatient facility provides care to older people aged 65 and over with mental health issues, where hospital admission is deemed the safest option.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will undertake assigned tasks involving direct patient care in inpatient settings, supporting individual patients in all aspects of their care, including daily living needs as outlined in the patients\’ individualised care plans.
