The Quantity Surveyor is a full-time, office based/on-site role based in Chelmsford, supporting the commercial and financial aspects of painting and decorating projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Assisting with cost planning and budgeting
  • Monitoring project costs against estimates
  • Producing regular cost reports
