We are seeking to appoint an efficient, highly organised and motivated individual to take on the position of School Finance and Office Manager, incorporating Finance and HR Personnel, in our friendly school.
Hours: 37 hrs per week, term time 39 weeks plus 2 weeks during the holidays.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Finance management, including budget preparation/monitoring and governor reporting
- Office management, including maintaining and developing administrative procedures
- Administration of personnel
- Member of the SLT
- Working with Site Manager on premises management, including Health & Safety
- Attendance at relevant governor meetings
We are looking for a candidate with experience in effective financial management who will take a full part in our school community, somebody who is a confident communicator with the ability to make visitors to our school feel welcome. Experience of FMS and SIMS is desirable but training will be given. In addition, the successful candidate should have a proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to successfully line manage others.
