The Role
Essex Law Limited is seeking a motivated Litigation Solicitor (NQ-4 years PQE) or CILEx Lawyer to join our expanding Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or CILEx Lawyer who enjoys varied, high-quality work and early responsibility, while still benefiting from strong team support.
You will manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Property litigation
- Debt recovery
- General civil litigation
You will have autonomy over your files, supported by an experienced and approachable team, alongside modern case management systems. The role also offers the opportunity to develop advocacy skills as part of your ongoing progression.
