As a PCSO you\’ll work closely with communities to promote community safety and confidence. You will work alongside police officers, special constables and partner agencies and within the different roles, actively seek information and intelligence around criminal activity and/or vulnerability in the communities you serve.

Joining Kent Police as a PCSO, you\’ll receive a starting salary of £30,879 with annual increments up to a maximum of £35,802.

We have a small selection of vacancies across the Force in the following locations at present:

  • Ashford
  • Medway
  • Northfleet
  • Sittingbourne
  • Maidstone
  • Swanley
