An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Business Management to provide day-to-day support to the Chief Executive to ensure the efficient and effective discharge of the PFCC's business and statutory functions and of the Chief Executive's statutory functions as the Head of Paid Service and Monitoring Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of complex administrative activities, including ensuring the smooth running of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner's decision-making process. You will act as the PFCC's Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO), as well as leading their complaints and public disclosure functions. You will play a key role in communicating how the PFCC's vision links to specific plans and objectives so that our staff are motivated, and our partners clearly understand our goals.
You will bring to the role a consistently high level of business planning expertise, along with skills in stakeholder management across a broad range of interested parties.

Our Location: Officers are based at Kelvedon Park, which provides on-site parking. The PFCC offers agile working which designates that certain roles can offer flexibility in terms of place of work, including some home working.
