Responsibilities
- As a Special you\’ll support regular officers, undertake patrols, support calls for assistance from the public and investigate reports of crime.
Hours, Vetting and Availability
This role is voluntary and we require our special constables to offer a minimum of 16 hours per month. However, please note that you can choose when you work those hours and can volunteer more if you\’d like.
Depending on your current vetting level and security clearances, you may be required to complete additional vetting information during the recruitment process.
