Responsibilities
As a 999/101 Contact Handler, based at the Force Control Room in Maidstone, you will help provide first class service to the people of Kent, answering emergency and non-emergency calls and making decisions to determine the most appropriate response.

Location details: Location is at Coldharbour Police Station in Aylesford, off Junction 5 of the M20. Driving is not always required; public transport may be limited early morning and late at night.
Training will last 11 weeks and is a mix of classroom-based learning and working within the live environment at our Force Control Room in Coldharbour. If this changes, you will be notified as soon as possible. Depending on your current vetting level and security clearances, you may need to complete additional vetting information during the recruitment process.
