The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
To further develop and implement our ambitious carbon and environmental sustainability strategy we are looking for a Sustainability Business Partner. The purpose of this role is to influence a real step change in the carbon and environmental culture, capability, and performance of Ringway Jacobs, in order to build a culture dedicated to continuous improvement and best practice.
The Role
• Developing and implementing meaningful carbon reduction strategies in line with our business plan and the objectives of our clients.
• Maintaining environmental compliance and controls in line with ISO 14001, PAS 2080 and industry best practice
• Actively identifying and implementing sustainability best practice trends (e.g. carbon accounting, biodiversity improvement, circular economy, social impact, etc.)
• Act as the main point of contact for Ringway Jacobs with the Environment Agency, other enforcing authorities and external audit bodies as required.
• Environmental experience and passion around environmental
• Experience in Permitting and Waste Management implementation desirable.
• Detailed knowledge of Environmental Legislation desirable
