Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit multiple Vehicle Technicians to join our dealerships in London including Sittingbourne Ford, Gravesend Ford, Romford Ford, Brentwood KIA, Rayleigh Ford, and Basildon Ford. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this position is offered on a full-time working contract paying £29,250 for 40 hours, Monday – Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays and an OTE of £40,000 (which was our average earnings for a Vehicle Technician last year!).

Required Skills & Experience
To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
- MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial
- Fantastic verbal and written English skills
- Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)

- Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
- Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
- Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
