Essex County Council is recruiting a Principal Planner on a temporary basis for 6 months, with 1 day per week on site. You will act as Case Officer for strategic and major scale planning applications and appeals, provide Committee reports and recommendations, and mentor junior planners.
You will liaise with the Housing Delivery and Growth Team and represent the Council in hearings as required, while ensuring delivery in line with DM policies.
