Essex County Council (ECC) are recruiting a Principal Planner on a temporary basis for 6 months, with the role based 1 day per week on site in the Braintree area. You will act as case officer for strategic and major scale planning applications and appeals, providing guidance to the Planning Committee and mentoring junior staff.
The post requires:

- Experience in DM, including Section 106 negotiations
