Location: Castle Point, Runnymede & Waterside.

About The Role

Castle Point Leisure is looking for an empathetic, motivated, and qualified Wellbeing Instructor to guide our community toward healthier, happier lives. You won’t just be teaching exercises; you’ll be a vital partner in our users’ journeys toward total vitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower & inspire: Guide individuals through Health & Wellbeing programmes, helping them overcome barriers to activity with compassion and expertise.
• Holistic coaching: Conduct personalized inductions and \”DOSE\” chemical education, ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and confident.
• Personal training with purpose: Deliver high‑quality training sessions focused on functional longevity, mental wellbeing, and physical strength.
• Community connection: Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and social atmosphere where every member—regardless of age or ability—feels they belong.
• Safe havens: Ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and pleasant spaces for members to focus on their wellness.

What You Bring

• People‑first mindset: Exceptional customer care skills with the ability to build rapport and listen to the unique needs of our diverse community.
• Qualified expertise: Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (REPs/CIMSPA) and a current First Aid qualification.
• Experience: Background in gym or community leisure settings with a proven ability to adapt coaching styles for everyone from \”Legends\” to newcomers.
• Organisational heart: Diligence in maintaining client records and a \”Health & Safety first\” approach to ensure a worry‑free environment for all.
