Full Time – 37 hours
Grade 7 - SCP 27-31 £38,220 - £41,771

Key Skills And Abilities
- Lead and develop the STA Swim Academy across both sites
- Manage and lead the team of swimming instructors

- Have health and safety knowledge in relation to swimming pools
Experience
Previous practical experience of 3 years working within the leisure industry and experience in the day‑to‑day management of swim schools is essential.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a valid STA Certificate Qualification or equivalent from another Governing Body.
