Our role involves working with people aged 18 and above across all specialisms, undertaking duties under the Care Act 2014 including assessment, reviews, support planning and safeguarding.

About the Team

The South Essex Neighbourhood Team is based primarily in Basildon, with work across Castle Point and surrounding areas in partnership with health, housing and voluntary sectors. The team supports people to live independently and with good outcomes, across urban and rural locations.

The role offers hybrid working with an expectation to be office-based at Ely House in Basildon around 2 to 3 days per week, depending on business needs for collaborative team working and training.
