Tendring District Council is seeking a Senior People Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and driving people‑focused initiatives. In this pivotal role you will provide expert HR advice, ensure best practice in employee relations and case management, while supporting a positive workplace culture.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Member of the CIPD, although those committed to working towards Level 7 and their professional development will also be considered. As an experienced professional you will provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees across a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, organisational change and policy development.
