Harlow District Council is recruiting a Clerk of Works to oversee fire and building safety works on site in Harlow. The post is supported by Essex County Council and offered on a temporary, full-time basis for 12 months, with on-site work required at least three days per week.
You will provide independent quality assurance, inspect works to approved designs, and produce weekly reports through practical completion and defects liability, with a daily rate of £350 (umbrella).
