Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Harlow Council to recruit on a Technical Support Officer on a 12-month basis. Please note that this post requires the successful individual to be based on site a minimum of 2 days per week.

Job Purpose

We’re looking for a highly organised Technical Support Officer to support our Repairs service. In this role, you’ll help manage cases from first report to completion, ensuring residents receive timely updates and that all actions are completed accurately and on time. You’ll coordinate appointments, maintain case files, assist surveyors with reports and documentation, and track progress of remedial works.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with repairs or housing systems are essential. Experience in property services or damp.
