Essex County Council is seeking a SEND Engagement Facilitator to support sustainable inclusion for children and young people with SEND. You will enable collaborative practice within One Planning, manage a focused EOTIS/C caseload, and coordinate EHCP reviews with families, schools and professionals.
You will engage with CYP, families and partners to ensure coproduction in assessment, planning and decision‑making, while promoting mobility and field-based collaboration across quadrants.
