We are looking for a casual Facilities and Maintenance Assistant to work within our Recreation Service.
Key Skills and Abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to respond to emergencies and unforeseen problems
- General maintenance skills and ability to carry out basic handyman duties
- Ability to maintain attendance and keep to a schedule
Experience
- Previous practical experience working within caretaking, premises management, building cleaning or building maintenance is desirable.
- Experience of dealing with members of the public and delivering great customer care is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Applicants must hold a current full clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle, as travel within the area is required.
