About The Role
Castle Point Borough Council is seeking a Communication Officer for a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of £33,699 - £37,280. The location is Benfleet, and the closing date for applications is 17/5/2026.
Key Skills And Abilities
- Deliver effective day-to-day external and internal communications, including press releases and social media management.
- Translate complex concepts into plain English with excellent literacy and attention to detail.
- Act as a point of contact for media enquiries, managing both proactive and reactive media activity.
