We are recruiting for a full-time position available to work 37 hours per week, on a rolling rota basis, spread over 4 days a week (including weekends).

- Fulfil a vital role in high-profile schemes, providing a personable, dependable, and friendly transport service.
- Drive our brand new, electric minibuses, contributing to a sustainable future.
- Get to know your passengers—from students to commuters, older individuals, and those with disabilities.
- Navigate through diverse landscapes, from suburban areas to scenic rural Essex countryside.
What We\'re Looking For
- Hold a valid driving license with a D1 entitlement—essential for the role.
- Experience working with diverse customer backgrounds and needs.
- Adaptable and flexible with a calm and professional approach.
- Ability to work in a timely manner.
- Proficient in using smartphones and/or tablets.
- Ability to follow navigation and other instructions from the digital app.
- Excellent communication and social skills in a customer-based setting.
If successful, you will require
- An enhanced DBS check.
- To undertake training in the use of a specific digital app that is integral to the service.
- To undertake mandatory training, including MiDAS.
- Undertake an Essex County Council Driver’s assessment.

Please note that the job role requires you to be mobile throughout an operational area. Therefore, the post holder will need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means.
