Essex County Council is seeking a SEND Engagement Facilitator to support inclusion for children and young people with SEND across educational settings, families and partners in Chelmsford. The role enables collaborative practice within One Planning and ensures a joined-up approach to the Assess, Plan, Do, Review cycle at transitions for CYP.
You will have a Level 3 (RQF) or equivalent, strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice 2015, and significant experience working with SEND in school.
