As part of the new Programme Management Office (PMO), you will be at the heart of this historic change, helping to shape the future of local government across West Essex.These are exciting secondment opportunities for motivated and talented professionals who want to make a visible impact, work at pace and gain experience in a complex, high-profile transformation programme.The roleAre you a self motivated experienced Business Analyst ready to support this significant transformation programmes?This 2-year secondment will play a key role in helping services prepare for change by mapping processes, analysing systems and data, capturing requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement.Working across services and corporate functions in West Essex, you will collaborate with all stakeholders, to understand current ways of working and help shape future digital and service solutions.
