Essex County Council is seeking a Customer Operational Intelligence Officer to support high-quality business intelligence across Customer Services. You will collect, prepare and analyse data to understand customer demand, service performance and improvement opportunities, working with Analysts and operational managers to ensure reliable data quality and timely insights.
You will produce routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards and summaries, support continuous improvement, and help foster a positive environment.
