Basildon Borough Council is recruiting two Stock Conditions Assistants on an initial 6-month temporary basis. These posts will be based in the office 3 days per week.

Main Responsibilities:
- To undertake administrative and statistical functions relating to the general operation of the Stock Condition Team.
- To maintain and update the stock condition database as required.
- To facilitate the efficient operation of stock condition surveys by keeping tenants informed and arranging appointments as appropriate.
- To report and log HHSRS issues found during stock condition surveys to relevant department for action.
- To maintain appropriate records and key performance indicators, as required; and produce the relevant information on a regular basis.
- To liaise with Tenancy and Estate Management staff and other stakeholders or agencies to investigate and minimise non-access issues where works or surveys are required.
Key skills and experience required:
- Demonstrable experience of data inputting.
- Experience of successfully dealing with customer enquiries.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
