We are looking for a full-time Swim Academy Lead to work at Waterside Farm & Runnymede Leisure Centres who can:

  • Lead and develop the STA Swim Academy across both sites
  • Manage and lead the team of swimming instructors
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Have health and safety knowledge in relation to swimming pools

Previous practical experience of 3 years working within the leisure industry and experience in the day-to-day management of swim schools is essential. Applicants must hold a valid STA Certificate Qualification or equivalent from another Governing Body.
