Tendring District Council is seeking an Operations and Facilities Manager for the Sunspot, its new Jaywick workspace.

You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure the space is functional, appealing and well maintained, and help market vacant units to tenants.

You will work with tenants, partners and the community to deliver council priorities, support events, and ensure safety and compliance across the facility.
