Essex County Council is seeking an Education Access Specialist to support children and young people at risk of missing out on education by securing suitable alternative high-quality provision. The role is 0.4 FTE, hybrid, based in Chelmsford with office presence at least one day a month.
The successful candidate will work with schools and partners to:
- Reduce permanent exclusions
- Develop bespoke provision packages
- Drive early intervention across our Essex area to improve attendance
