Essex County Council in Chelmsford is seeking an ASYE Social Work Lead (Adults) on a fixed-term/secondment basis for up to 12 months. The role is part-time, 18.5 to 21 hours per week, with salary pro rata based on hours worked.
The post will coordinate the ASYE programme across Adult Social Care, providing coaching and mentoring for both newly qualified social workers and more experienced staff, and overseeing student placements and Practice Educators.
