Working Patterns
- Full time – 37 hours over 4 days
- Part‑time (AM) – 19.6 hours over 3 days (6:40 to 14:10, subject to change)
- Part‑time (PM) – 19.6 hours over 3 days (14:40 to 22:10, subject to change)
- Super part‑time – 15 hours over 3 evenings (17:10 to 22:10, subject to change)
- Seasonal – as and when, based on available shifts and service needs
All roles operate on a rolling rota, including a mixture of weekdays and weekends. A flat 10% allowance is paid on top of salary.

- Provide dependable, friendly transport for passengers from students to commuters, older adults, and people with disabilities.
- Drive brand‑new minibuses, contributing to a sustainable future.
- Navigate diverse routes across suburban areas and rural Essex countryside.
- Acquire and maintain a reliable level of professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence with D1 entitlement.
- Experience working with diverse customer groups.
- Adaptable, flexible, and calm under pressure.
- Timely and reliable attendance.
- Proficient with smartphones or tablets.
- Ability to follow navigation and instructions from a digital app.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
Requirements for Successful Applicants
- Enhanced DBS checks.
- Training on the digital app used by DigiGo.
- Mandatory training, including MiDAS.
- Essex County Council driving assessment.
