Essex County Council’s Multi-Disciplinary Team is seeking a Youth Support Worker on a fixed-term contract or secondment until March 2028, based in Basildon. The role focuses on developing the Youth Service offer, delivering bespoke groupwork, and empowering young people facing factors such as exploitation and NEET through community-based interventions.
You will work under the MDT led by the Team Manager, build relationships with young people and communities, and participate in supervision.
