Holy Family Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly skilled and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our Foundation Stage team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting young children at the very start of their educational journey. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of child development and early years practice, who can make a significant contribution to providing high-quality learning experiences for our youngest pupils.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Early Years Education, Childcare or a related field.
- Has proven experience of working successfully within an Early Years or Foundation Stage setting.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early childhood development.
- Has experience supporting children's communication, language, social and emotional development.
- Can work effectively alongside teachers to deliver high-quality learning and intervention programmes.
- Has excellent behaviour management skills and high expectations of all children.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Supports and upholds the Catholic ethos and values of our school.
