Essex Cares' reablement service is seeking community care assistants to help customers regain independence and keep living in their own homes. The role is evening and weekend based, with shifts from 3pm to 11pm, and requires you to travel between visits in your own car.
Full training and a mentor are provided, with benefits including a company pension, mileage paid at 55p per mile, and guaranteed contracted hours. Visa sponsorship is not available for direct applications.
