In addition to a part-time post, we have a bank contract available for a Support Worker to support our day centres on a flexible basis, with shifts available between Monday and Friday

We are looking for individuals who share our values and passion to make a positive difference to people’s lives, supporting older people.
As an Older People Support Worker, you will join a dedicated team offering specialist, person-centred support to individuals with decreased mobility, or individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and Parkinson’s. You’ll be delivering a range of tailored activities focused on maintaining independence and encouraging social interaction through both on-site and community-based activities.

Previous experience in the care industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Travel required across Essex to attend training, work at other centres, and in the community.
