Salary: £30,197 per annum
Location: Harlow, with travel required across West Essex
Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends. Contract: Permanent

As an Inclusive Employment Consultant, you\'ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are supported into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer\'s choice and their specific employment targets. This is a great time to join ECL as we expand our Inclusive Employment offering. Bring strong communications skills coupled with a passion to ensure our customers meet their goals and that employers see the benefit in working, sponsorship. Instead, we work with a designated third-party provider to support sponsorship arrangements. Therefore, applicants who do not already have the right to work in the UK and/or require visa sponsorship to continue working in the UK cannot be considered for this role through direct application.

Responsibilities
- Provide employment support to customers, predominantly people with learning disabilities and/or autism, helping them achieve employment, volunteering, or community outcomes based on their preferences and targets.
- Engage with employers and community partners to create opportunities and to communicate the benefits of inclusive employment and sponsorship arrangements (via a third-party provider).
- Travel to meet customers and employers, maintaining regular contact and providing proactive support.
- Work as part of a team to achieve targets in a target-driven environment.
About You / Qualifications
- A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
- Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism into employment
- Confident in networking, building and maintaining relationships, and working in a team
- Ability to work and succeed in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve with minimal support
- A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
- Regular travel required to meet with customers and employers
