Overview
Salary: Β£32,796.06 β Β£38,584 per annum
Location: Durrington, West Sussex
Contract: Permanent Full-Time, 37 hours per week
Shifts: 8:30am-5:00pm, 7:00am-15:30 Monday to Friday, Duty rota including weekends on call and during the week.
About You
ECL are seeking a Care Manager to join our West Sussex team known internally as a Local Business Manager to motivate, support and lead a team. The role will require management and leadership skills to enable you and your team to deliver emerging strategies in West Sussex. You will be responsible for giving direction to employees, daily coordination, and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders, with a strong focus on person-centred care so our customers have a choice and control of their care needs.

- Work across structural boundaries, coordinating care and services.
Qualifications
- To have previous experience of managing and leading a team
- Previous experience of working in health or social care setting
- To work flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries
- To be aware of the market dynamics and emerging opportunities and work collaboratively
- To be friendly, approachable, supportive and adaptable to change
- To have a full driving licence and have a car
